2.- GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE WEBSITE

confirmation e-mail in which his reservation location number will appear. This email

2.2.3) Guarantee and cancellation policy: Reservations made via this page will be guaranteed by the credit card provided by the User in the form (only MASTERCARD and VISA cards are accepted). No-show at check-in or cancellation after the period announced in the booking conditions, implies an automatic debit on the credit card of the amount corresponding to one or more nights, as well as the cancellation of the reservation; except in cases where the customer has contracted a “Non-Refundable Offer”, in which case the no-show on arrival or late cancellation implies the total loss of the amount of the stay, which HOTEL INSITU will be able to cover if it has already paid, or otherwise debit it from the Customer’s debit/credit card, or claim it back from the Customer. 2.3 USE OF THE SERVICES
The User undertakes to use the services in accordance with the law ,morality and public order, as well as with the provisions of these General
Conditions of Contract. Consequently, you agree not to use the services for illegal purposes and/or contrary to what is established in these General Conditions of Contract, prejudicial to the rights and/or interests of third parties or which in any way damage the services, HOTEL INSITU and/or its image or prevent its proper functioning or the said services that are offered or that may be offered in the future.

2.6 CORRECT USE OF SITE CONTENT

3.- BOOKING CONDITIONS AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS
The reservation through this website can only be made by people of legal age and with full natural capacity and to act. By making the reservation via this website, you expressly and unreservedly accept these General Conditions as well as the “General Conditions of Use of the Site”, which can be downloaded in the “Legal Notices” section of this website located at the bottom of the filter.
These general conditions are subject to the provisions of the various laws that regulate both the general conditions of the contract, the protection of personal data, services of the information society and electronic commerce, consumers and users, tourism of ‘Andorra, the business and employment department of Andorra. ,Consumer Code of Andorra and other applicable legal and regulatory regulations.
HOTEL INSITU reserves the right to make any changes it deems appropriate, without notice, to these General Conditions. Such changes may be made through

4.- INFORMATION BEFORE THE CONTRACT
Through this website you can make a reservation at the said hotel. The hotel reservation is a contract that is signed electronically and which will generate
rights/obligations, both for the establishment and for you. The reservation and the accommodation contract are subject to Andorran laws, as well as to the regulations detailed in Section 3.
HOTEL INSITU informs that the reservation procedure via the website is detailed in the “General conditions of use of the website” (point 2).
For the reservation of HOTEL INSITU via website, the user or the customer declares to know, understand and accept the general conditions of use and
reservation. Likewise, by making the reservation, the user declares to be of legal age and to have the legal capacity and to act necessary to access the HOTEL INSITU websites and contract through them. The user is responsible for the confidential treatment and responsible for the identity and password obtained when registering as a customer, and may not transfer them to third parties.
PAYMENT OF THE RESERVATION: In the event that an offer designated as a “Non-Refundable Offer” is contracted, the debit of the entire reservation will be made on the bank card indicated (only MASTERCARD and VISA cards are accepted) within 48 hours. following the reservation. CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION: There are two possible cases:
1º.) NON-REFUNDABLE OFFERS: If when booking via the web the mention “Nonrefundable offer” appears, the cancellation of said reservation will result in the total loss of the amount of the stay, which HOTEL INSITU will be able to endorse if it has already been paid, or in another case debit it from the customer’s debit/credit card (only MASTERCARD and VISA cards are accepted), or claim it by any legally valid means.
2º.) OTHER OFFERS: In the event that when booking through the web the mention “Non-refundable offer” does not appear, the client can cancel the reservation, without any penalty, provided that it is canceled more than expected in advance, informed in the booking conditions. Once the stay has begun, you can waive the following days provided you do so at least with the same notice indicated above; otherwise you will lose the amount corresponding to the day given up without sufficient notice.
Failure to show up at check-in or late cancellation implies the automatic debit from the bank card of the amount corresponding to one or more nights, as well as the total cancellation of the reservation.
WAIVER OF THE REST OF THE STAY: Once the stay has begun, the client may waive the rest of the days reserved under the same conditions established in the previous section for the cases of cancellation of the reservation. In the event of renunciation of the remainder of the stay when a “Non-refundable Offer” has been contracted, there will be no economic reimbursement of the amount of the total stay.
NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: In accordance with the consumer/user law
published in BOPA, the consumer/user’s right of withdrawal does not apply to this

JURISDICTION: The customer and HOTEL INSITU, when booking
accommodation, formally waive their own jurisdiction and agree to submit any
doubt or discrepancy on the existence, application or interpretation of these
General Conditions, and of the resulting contract, to the Courts and Tribunals of the
Principality of Andorra.
